During the capacity-building sessions (pre-selected dates listed below), the Principals Center Consultant will deliver eight, full-day sessions on each training day to the selected group. Each session delivered by the PC will be designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of each leader/ instructional coach while learning with his/her peers. In supportive, safe, and reflective dialogues led by our consultant, the participants will understand their critical role as leaders of change. Our consultant, Dr. JoAnn Brown, is an experienced educational leader who has a proven track record in instructional leadership.
