This course is designed with future APs and Principals in mind. This course is for educators wanting to explore roles, information, responsibilities, etc... associated with leadership positions in a school/system. LKES / LAPS will be a major focus of this course. The goal of this course is to prepare and expose potential administrators to job performance criteria and situational awareness in areas as defined by LAPS.
