The Harrell Learning Center is a member of the Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Supports (GNETS) that is comprised of 24 programs which support the local school systems’ continuum of services for students with disabilities, ages 3 – 21. The programs provide comprehensive educational and therapeutic support services to students due to the severity of one or more of the characteristics of the disability category of emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD).
The Harrell Learning Center serves eight surrounding counties: Atkinson, Bacon, Brantley, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Pierce, and Ware. Our facility is located in Ware County and students are bused to/from daily. Our fiscal agent is Okefenokee Regional Educational Service Agency (OK RESA).
